AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NEURODIVERSE The staff member who saw us was very abrasive and told me off for using my fidgets because they made him feel concerned about me. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall. He suggested a steroid cream, but he didn't say which type, just that we were to pick one up from the pharmacy. He didn't specify what type or how many times a day to apply it or if there was a certain way to apply it and given the fact that it's a steroid cream and I don't know anything about them I found this to be very concerning. Just that I was to take it for two weeks and book in a follow-up with him. I will NOT be doing this at all. The guy looked like he'd read a medical book and tried to put on a sticky note reading doctor. His lack of empathy made me very uncomfortable. I will be sticking to my regular GP from now on. Even if it takes another 3 weeks to book an appointment, I'd much rather wait the time than go back here ever again.

JUST GOOGLE IT! Advice from an unhelpful ignorant receptionist My mum was in crisis and as a last resort I stupidly thought her gp surgery could help as I am struggling to care for her. She has schizophrenia and is disabled , I went to get some help with her pip claim and said that her condition has got a lot worse and she needs more support i explained her symptoms and this set my mum off who started shouting and said she didn't need any help. I tried to calm her down and pleaded with the receptionist to help me by contacting the mental health team or the crisis team . My mum was having a pyschcotic episode and needed urgent help. I was told by the receptionist this was not her concern I should just google the number. I said you have a duty of care to which she angrily replied don't try that with me then she sat down at her desk and pretended I wasn't in the room. I took a photo of her to have a face to identify who my complaint was about then she got up and threatened me I left very shaken and barely able to think. I managed to find a number and contacted the crisis team and the police. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO DEAL WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA AND PYSCHOSIS , YOUR RECEPTIONIST IS A DISGRACE ! This is mental health discrimination shame on you ! If someone came in to the gp surgery with a bullet wound would you tell them to just google it?! I really hope you never have to deal with mental health problems as there is very little compassion and support.

Been a few times, park8ng is excellent,, staff are pleasant and helpful, service is good.

The Dr and nurses were very very helpful and friendly to me and my staff

I believe I am a level headed person but when the practice just fobs you off. Its an insult and unprofessional in the tenth degree.

My Husband’s appointment was at 11:15am so we got there early around 10:50am we been waiting over an hour to get seen to
