Excellent Doctors surgery with up to date self check in system, two modern waiting rooms and toilet facilities. The doctors and nurses are excellent and getting an appointment is relatively painless. There is also a Day Lewis Pharmacy on the ground floor.

The people on the phone are rude and have 0 patience when you are trying to explain anything to them, shouting “hello hello hello” over the top like a child when they’ve asked me a question. Then in order to be spiteful, taking what I said out of context to try and get me removed from the GP when I said I was going home for Christmas they assumed I had moved out of the area. I keep seeing reviews about one particularly miserable woman and I think this who I spoke to, she seriously needs sacking she’s not fit for the job and made the whole experience awful.

I was kept waiting on the phone for my test results for around 40 minutes (which I was happy to wait) got down to caller 1 in the queue and then got an answer machine message saying no one could take my call and they hung up. I never receive my test results and I still have no idea about the results from the last 3 blood tests I’ve had. I will say the nurses are lovely, but the receptionists are very rude and treat patients like an inconvenience.

I have been trying to get an appointment for over one week now, I have been told I am being held in triage yet have rang up several times since. Apparently my issue is not considered serious enough to warrant even giving me an appointment! I pay my NI and rarely see the GP so the least I expect is to be contacted and an appointment made, even if it's not an immediate appointment , disgraceful treatment

Awful. Daughter had ear infection and remained to be left with no prescription as left on a go desk. Had to go via 111 who also sent a script over to be signed. In the end required a phone call to a clinician after I had to request it. Shocking and completely gone to pot

I'm new to the practice and had awful trouble registering with askmyGP. It took 3 visits to this surgery and 1 to my old surgery, but each time I visited the reception staff were efficient, professional and friendly, doing their best to sort the problem......and today it's been solved. My thanks to everyone involved, who never lost their patience with me.

I had big breathing difficulties and was from NHS 111 referred to this out of hours doctor surgery on a Saturday night. I forgot the lady doctors name who treated me. However, she was fantastic as a doctor and person. She thoroughly checked me out, told me what to do and what she prescribed me, found out which pharmacy was still open at 23:00, gave my husband directions whilst we drove there she sent the prescription over. Thank you without you I would have ended up in hospital. Also thank you NHS 111 for calling me back and organising the referral on a very busy Saturday evening.

"WARNINING"Spoke to like dirt by some old cow on the end of the phone,I've also waited for over a month now for my details to be updated. In serious pain and can't put in for my normal repeats because NO RECORD STILL. This place is a joke,I advise to think again before choosing this place as a surgery. The pharmacy next door is however very polite and helpful.
