Dad was placed in Neville house a few months ago. The manager and staff are caring and treat dad with dignity, empathy and respect. Dad is a quiet man and staff are able to read him and cater his every needs. Fantastic people who go beyond their duty. As a family we are pleased with everything and most importantly, how happy dad appears.
Should have a choice of up to ten stars as in my opinion it's well deserved 😊

Absolutely lovely carehome. My mom was with then for approx 2 years. Well cared for, lovely friendly staff, great food. Felt very warm when visiting, staff always happy, a lovely buzz around the place, not like some carehomes where they are very clinical. Thank you x
