Network Healthcare

This is an extremely unprofessional organisation, which should be avoided at all costs. Many staff members are not competent, negligent, ill mannered and, regrettably, I have had cause to report this homecare agency to the Care Quality Commission on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, Network Healthcare is currently the only ‘out-of-hours’ care agency covering Bristol, having been commissioned by Bristol City Council. If I could give this agency zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. Unfortunately, this option is not available.

This is an agency that encourages staff who tested covid positive to keep going to work. They do not care about the vulnerable people, only care about covering their visits and making their money. Shame on you

The care from the ladies that came to look after my mum were compassionate gentle and empathetic I couldn't have asked for a better team. I think they should be put forward for the care team of the year

Good to start with then they started changing the careers last minute then started missing days with no careers available and wanting to change days and times agreed on when started with them
