Put under section 3 and forced to stay here - when I specifically asked to speak to a solicitor instead! Having to Watch crap like this all day in the lounge (as shown in photo).

Relaxing, rejuvenating, mental health rap music all-day long in the lounge.
Only being given 1/3 of my levothyroxine dosage because… why not?
Water with medication that tastes… salty?
Getting awoken at 3am every morning to screaming on the other end of the hospital.
And coffee which isn’t even real.

Really ‘cool’ isn’t it? 🙄

5/5 - would stay again 😂

Contacted crisis team multiple times and nothing has been done. My now ex partner has severe Schizophrenia and has stopped taking his meds for over a year, he started smashing up the property and has become delusional and thinks he is a god. I had to leave the relationship after many attempts and referrals from me and other agencies because he thought I was a robot replacement of his real girlfriend and tried to strangle me. Now that I am no longer able to care for him, the rent is not being paid and all his benefits have been stopped and he's now being evicted because he cannot care for himself. The system is a joke, the rights of people with severe mental health to ruin theirs and others lives overrides the right to get well. Apparently because I was his full time carer I was expected to look after him. Unacceptable.

Only one session and my councillor blamed me for everything.

Was told I should’ve told someone. when I said I did and people sided with my abuser, they said I should’ve said no. My abuser would threaten their own life if I said no, so then she said I should’ve gotten the help ages ago rather than going to their service now I’m an adult. The people I went to before told me that I was the issue for saying no to my abuser and that he wasn’t abusing me, so as a child, I believed them.

After the HALF HOUR of back and forth victim blaming and myself becoming more hysterical, the woman looked me in the eyes and told me that I only had a case of “mild depression” and that I shouldn’t be so lazy to not treat it myself.

I only asked for some kind of guidance to help me learn how to at least continue living again and all I got was “you deserved it, so now you have to live with the consequences”.

This review is for specifically 2 people - the first is for Lizzie who was amazingly supportive with me in my alcohol Journey she is a star of support. The second is to my “ Angel” of a care worker Vicky W. She had gone over and above for me and I would not be here if it wasn’t for her. Navigo NEEDS to really value Lizzie and Vicky.🏆😊😊👍

Hi, I'm leaving a review as I went to Tukes in Grimsby for help in doing my household support fund application. The lady Nicki who helped me was brilliant, as I suffer with some mental health problems I couldn't do the form myself. She was so patient and friendly in helping me. And she rang me the next day to let me know I'd got it. She's a absolute diamond and I'm very grateful. Thank you Nicki

I was sent here after seeing a specialist at scartho medical who diagnosed me with depression and PTSD after years of mental struggle and my sisters suicide.
After attending 2 assesment sessions and 4 sessions in preparation for EMDR I haven't heard from them since. I was sent 2 pages of A4 paper in the post with dot to dot exercise on them.
Complete joke in my opinion, maybe you receive better service as a woman, I don't know. I would go private or find an alternative if possible. It shouldn't be this hard to seek help and treatment.

Shocking place absolutely useless have received zero help after litteraly been in begging for some help , workers keep quitting so left months with no one and then instead of telling you the worker dealing with you has quit they just send a letter out saying they no longer are going to be helping you, absolute waste of a service and more likely to send people the other way they help them,,, update finally got hold of them after weeks of not been able to get on phone with anyone only to be told even though I received zero help from anyone and was lied to by care worker , that they still was cancelling all services ,
