I have been using Nature's Wish products for the last five years and experienced amazing healing and balancing benefits from the flower essences. I cannot recommend the flower essences enough, especially whenever I felt out of sync or stressed. I adore the body oils and handy rollerballs, my absolute favourites are Tranquility and Peace. I've attended one of Amy's workshops which gave me a deeper knowledge and understanding. Amy is wonderful, her advice and professionalism is amazing and she is truly gifted! I wouldn't be without Nature's Wish products, they are superb.

I first contacted Amy at Nature's Wish for some essences to help with my daughter's "growing pains", and she was able to provide positive support and some helpful essences that are safe for all the family. I then became interested in the energy sprays, and we use them regularly - the Tranquility spray in particular is a favourite part of my youngest's bedtime routine, and the Release spray gets me through the tensest moments!

Anyone who knows me would be the first to tell you that I am not the type of person who would normally go for essences as a way of treating anything! However, I first met Amy shortly after my dog had just passed away. He was my boy from way before I'd had children, we were inseparable and it would be fair to say I was mortified!

Amy suggested a couple of essences to help with my grief and to my surprise they really did help me. I used the whole supply and never thought about ordering more - not really sure why. Then, about 12 months later I decided to contact Amy about a constant issue I've had with my hormones since i was a teenager. Nothing too personal or unusual, just generally feeling mentally and physically unwell for several days a month. I think there are many of us that can relate to that. We spoke for a while and she suggested a few combinations for me to try. Even though I was less sceptical as I'd already had a positive previous experience with her essences. I really didn't think much would change with a problem I'd lived with my whole life. Again, I was wrong! My symptoms haven't completely subsided, but they are drastically reduced when I stick to the regime. I find I have more energy around my cycle, I am less moody and low and I sleep a lot better. If you are concerned about an issue and would normally dismiss natural essences as a solution - I would urge you to go against your normal grain and get in touch with Amy!
