Almost 2 weeks since it was dispatched and I haven't received the order.
This is completely unacceptable.
If I won't receive it in a week, will request refund.
You should have better delivery service, like other companies.

I made an order in August 2021.
The parcel couldn't be delivered, due to some administrative mistake they made, so it was returned. They tried again in October, and the same happened. They got the parcel back in January 2022 about which I wasn't informed (and they lied about it later). I absolutely forgot the whole process because in the meantime it became irrelevant as 5 months passed, and only in August 2022 I tried to get my money back. They refused to refund my money as it was over 1 year (1 year and 12 days to be precise!)
The whole crazy process was totally their mistake, and the second attempt to deliver me and the return of the parcel was within 1 year! The way they handled it was unfair. I don't recommend them at all.

Update: Eventually they refunded the money, which I appreciate very much, so I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Insanely quick delivery for orders and if you ever have a question, your email is answered almost instantly. Once I had a concern about a product and Niki on chat was so helpful in explaining and resolving my stupidity - genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough.
