Highly recommend NYT for a massage. I've been going to Louise for a while now to help ease a build up of tension in my back. Louise is fab at targeting the areas that need it but still makes it a pleasant and calming experience. Louise is very welcoming and her spa room at home is so relaxing. I love the products used, I come away smelling amazing. I have had back neck and shoulder massages with Louise as well as hot stone, hot stone is definitely my favourite through the winter coldness. Thanks for being fab Louise ?

I have been visiting Louise at NYT for massage over the last couple of months of my pregnancy and she has worked wonders in my back , not only helping relieve pregnancy aches and pains but providing a hour of wonderful relaxation of all the senses! I would highly recommend to anyone. Louise is very welcoming and made me feel at ease right away.
My husband also has had hot stone massage and absolutely loves it
