Amazing baby and parents classes and Abby is brilliant - have used Natal Wellness for baby classes for my 6 month old and they are brilliant. Very personal, friendly service with mums and babies in mind. Great for advice, chat and a pick up with all the challenges that motherhood throws at you! Highly recommend any baby class here - will certainly be using this a lot as my little one grows. Abby has some great advice and ideas to help. Facilities are excellent, very clean and thoughtful and lovely coffee! ☕️

This place has been a little safe haven for an anxious first time mum! Abby has made me feel so relaxed and it feels like home. I love going to the lights and delights sessions each week with my little boy and he's so happy when he's there. The environment is calming but also amazing for sensory experiences. The massage course was incredible and Abby is so knowledgeable and supportive. Fantastic place to meet other mums and have a brew whilst babies play and socialise. Thank you ? ?

What a lovely experience myself and husband had at our antenatal course in April.
We found the Antenatal course of 4 weeks very informative, encouraging and supportive, which is the perfect mix when it comes to taking these classes as new time partners. Abbie has a wealth of knowledge from her midwife job and is a great listener and communicator.
The packs of information given out are really well thought out and the designed illustrations in the books are a breath of fresh air compared to clinical booklets/leaflets given in the NHS.

Great snacks and drinks also provided during the course 🙂

Me and my husband finished the course feeling very confident about our upcoming new roles as parents thanks to Abbie, plus she does lots of postnatal courses with baby. She also has good connections with specialists that can help with breastfeeding if you need any support.

Don't hesitate to book on the courses as they can get filled up quickly!

Good location in Southwell and plenty of parking.
