I have been suffering with back pain for quite a while that was constantly ruining my sleep and the first few hours of my day everyday. Heard about this place and got seen to, lovely atmosphere, fantastic doctor and a very diverse set of techniques to loosen up my back to target my pain which felt very successful! Since then I've been following the exercise routine advised and I've finally been able to sleep pain-free! Regular massages are great but being seen to by a medical professional WILL make the difference to the pain you're feeling. Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone on the fence about getting their pain seen to here.
