I rarely write reviews, but my experience with myGpClinic has been so exceptional that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I first met Dr Coogan at clinic to book an appointment, I was struck by the professionalism, efficiency, and warmth of the entire team. In an age where healthcare can often feel impersonal and rushed, myGpClinic is a breath of fresh air — a perfect blend of modern efficiency and compassionate care.

The clinic itself is immaculate — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming atmosphere. The waiting area is comfortable and never overcrowded, which speaks volumes about how well they manage appointments. Everything from signage to seating feels purposeful and patient-centered, not to mention the extra creamy hot chocolate 😋

The doctors at myGpClinic are truly outstanding. They take the time to listen carefully, explain everything in clear, understandable language, and involve you in the decision-making process regarding your health. During my visit, I never once felt rushed. Instead, I felt respected and cared for as an individual, not just another name on the list.

Whether it’s routine check-ups, chronic condition management, or specialist referrals, the medical team approaches each concern with patience and precision. They also keep up to date with the latest medical guidelines and technologies, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I receive.

Booking an appointment is incredibly easy — their concierge team is intuitive and efficient, and there’s always a prompt response to inquiries. What stood out most was their flexibility. They offer both in-person and remote consultations, which is incredibly convenient for those with busy schedules or limited mobility. I never had to wait more than 24hour for a routine appointment, and urgent concerns were accommodated much quicker.

Communication from the clinic is timely and clear. I received reminders before my appointment and follow-up messages afterwards, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well-coordinated. It’s clear that they’ve invested in not only good systems, but also in staff who genuinely care about delivering quality service.

I decided to join My GP Clinic at Lower stretton back in December 24, due to ongoing health concerns that I felt were not being addressed quickly enough by my previous surgery. Best decision I ever made!
I have nothing but praise for the doctors, receptionists and concierge team. Such a warm, professional and compassionate team. Always had a same day appointment and I’ve had follow up calls from the doctors to see how I have been feeling.
The doctors that I have seen so far, dr Anna, Dr Nadia and Dr Akeel are all amazing. So thorough, kind and reassuring.
I visited again today and was extremely anxious about a persistent problem but Dr Akeel was amazing. He listened to me with empathy and made a plan. I really felt heard.
Thank you all so much. I know I’m in safe hands. X

I would like to thank everyone at myGP Stretton for all your kind support and help that you gave me. I had been attending myGP at Stretton 6 days a week for the last 3 months to have a neck wound dressed daily. Each day without fail I received a warm welcome and top class professional care. The receptionist team were great but I felt rushed by the nurse who took my weight/measurements and she also forgot to take my urine sample. I was also unexpectedly asked to pay £50 for a repeat blood test of my prostate. After further investigation in turns out my prostate level was actually fine by NHS standards and normal. The cutoff myGP Clinic uses is just different than normal standard. For the money paid I was expecting exceptional level of professionalism and care but sadly this wasn't the case.

Extremely professional.
Phone appointments are on time,the doctors are so reassuring and this helps so much to relieve the stress and worry that illness brings.
Within such a short timescale I had spoken to Dr.Bryan who was great, and by the time I put the phone down,the prescription was pinged through.

After so many problems I decided to go private to get an ongoing issue resolved and mygp have been great with me since day one. The concierge team have helped make the process so much easier and I really can’t thank them enough. Yesterday i saw Dr Nav for the first time about some issues i’d been having in regards to my brain tumour, i felt at ease straight away, having being turned away from a young age and my symptoms being put down as “just what kids do” i felt as if i was listened too and understood. I’ve always been cautious of healthcare professionals apart from my neurosurgeon at alder hey but Dr Nav put my faith back into the healthcare system. After my consultation an urgent referral was done to alder hey and the referral was doggedly chased by Jo in the concierge team, my parents had been trying to get ahold of the neurosurgeons secretary and Jo had managed to get the neuro consultant on the phone. Incredible! I can’t thank this team enough and i’d recommend MyGP to anybody!

- swift access to see the right medical person , and
- empathy and support from the people you are in touch with.
That is exactly what you get with myGP.
From the first contact with reception , by phone or in person, they couldn't be more helpful and positive to put you at ease. They listen properly and work with you to offer you a convenient appointment , more often the same day, and endeavour to match you up with doctor best suited to dealing with your condition. Their pleasant, positive approach helps relieve anxiety right from the start.
This positivity continues when you see the doctor. They give you the time you need to fully discuss your condition and explore treatments. You feel neither rushed or pressurised and that someone is really seeking to help solve the problem.
MyGP displays how healthcare treatment should operate, respecting not only the physical condition of the patient but the anxiety that comes with it. You feel as though they really care and want to work with you in resolving your health issue.
