From first stepping through the door to today I can honestly say this is the best dental practice I have ever been to, receptionist are all friendly, knowledgable and accommodating to needs of the nervous patient. Both of the dentists I have seen there have been wonderful , one for a very deep filling the other for a root canal (ongoing) and the hygienist has worked magic on the look and health of my teeth. Would recommend highly. No reason not to go back ! ?

Farah Al-Niamh and her assistant have done a wonderful job restoring my roasted pistachios into something resembling human teeth. Been coming here a long time and the staff have always been kind, friendly and caring and to my memory I've never had a cancelled appointment. Can't recommend them enough!

Shame I can’t put a 0 as that’s what they would get. Horrible receptionists with no manners. Had to cancel two appointments as my grandad was terminally ill the first appointment was he needed to go to the hospital the same day and he was more important than my teeth. The second appointment unfortunately my granddad had past away I explained this to the dentist reception team. I was no longer able to see my dentist as I had lost a loved one. The dentist I was seeing cancelled two of my appointments herself due to being poorly and a loved one dying never did I complain yet it is ok for her to get rid of me as a patient because my grandad died. One of the ladies behind the desk shared my anger and says it was disgusting reason to cancel me. I go in today to see a new dentist who was rude to be told he can’t help me but was told over the phone he could. Fuming is an understatement and I wouldn’t give them money to help me when the easy way out is to cancel people. I’d of understood if this was for a reason I could control but maybe no one as this dentist cares enough about family that they’d cancel anything in the world so they got the treatment they needed disgusted. So thanks farah for cancelling me due to something that was out of my control my tooth is now chipped and will stay that way. AVOID at all costs!!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars because you’d be getting that?Absolutely shocking dentist if I say so myself. Debbie and Paul are absolutely correct in the previous reviews. I have been back to this dentist several times for them to check and fix my tooth every single time it has broken. Not only that to top it off I had to wait ages for another appointment. The lady from reception either needs the sack or some serious training. The lack of communication is appalling! I had an appointment booked in august that my family members cancelled so I would of had a longer slot according to the lady at reception. Luckily I called myself to confirm this appointment a few days before when I did I was told they had no dentist. Then all they could keep offering is 15 minute appointments it’s no use!!! Don’t use this dentist totally shocking!!!!!
