SO pleased with the service that I've received here since joining the practice in May this year. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the moment you walk in to reception and the staff there, the dental Nurses and my Dentist, Marilena, has been superb! She had explained enduring very clearly and i had a written care plan so i could refer back to next steps. I've had quite a lot of work done over the last few months, which culminated today in having my new denture fitted. I was also amazed that these could be made without the need for impressions to be taken, due to their high tech scanning equipment. I cannot recommend highly enough!!

We have recently joined this dentist, my 2 year old daughter was seen by Nikolla. He was so good with her, he made her first dentist appointment fun and spoke to her about brushing her teeth everyday. He was so kind and joked with my little girl while doing the whole “open wide” part. She was so compliant because of his approach to her.
I was seen by Marilena for a check up and 2 appointments for treatment. Being a very nervous patient, Marilena was so patient and gentle. She explained everything that she was doing and went at my pace. Having been sedated many times for treatment, it was so nice to finally find a dentist who understood my anxiety and put me completely at ease. I really felt listened to.
Reception staff have always been lovely on our visits, going to the extra effort to look at some dentist activity books with my daughter while we were waiting. We have been very happy with our 4 visits over the last month.

My experience was amazing. On my first meeting with Mohammed he was easy to talk to and he explained the procedure thoroughly. It was a long journey but I was in good hands with the team, the receptionists and the lovely nurses.I have been a patient at this practice for more than 60 years and I can't recommend them enough. A big thank you to all of you for looking after me so well

A fantastic surgery. For someone with a phobia of dentists in general the all round attentiveness of the dentist and professionalism has to be commended. Recommended to anyone in the area

I was a nhs patient here for many years. Many disappointing experiences. Last year I decided to have some cosmetic work don’t privately. Exceptional incompetence from the dentist. Wrong colour crown then a month of waiting more then a wrong size crown. Then 3 months after the first appointment the final one was fitted. It’s still slightly wonky and has a slight gap at the back. I’ve since decided to leave as a nhs patient and go to another dentist even though it’s as a private patient because of the poor treatment received.

Repeated cancellation of NHS appointments - current record is 20 mins before.
Communication is not great - you've got a printed receipt for when appointment is booked, but apparently after rearranging childcare/breakfast clubs/work meetings, it's now changed, so here's a new one.
No apologies, and give impression I should be grateful me and the kids have an NHS slot.
Care is ok when, seen, but as others have said, not consistent seeing the same person. Also now feels like more pressure to pay for extra treatments etc.
Thankfully, found somewhere else so good luck to whoever gets our slots.

This is not Angela, it’s Bob her husband & another visit which I can say without any doubt was again a visit like seeing family, nothing too much trouble, the Dentist wasn’t happy until I confirmed I was happy.
