I've been really lucky to find a very skilled dentist here. I've experienced a lot of dentists on my time and Bader is definitely one of the best. Also he has a very polite and friendly manner, explaining everything in detail as he goes along which is very reassuring especially if you're having a complicated job like mine.

Had my first appointment in September 2024 as I have a bad cracked tooth. I suffer with severe mental health which affects my ability to have procedures done while awake. I explained this to the dentist. He was suppose to refer me for sedation the moment I left the practice. I tried to chase up my referral a month or so after my appointment and was told he was on holiday for 5 days and someone would get back to me. They never did. I have been in excruciating pain and had to attended dental line clinics while I though the referral was going through. I have rang my dentist at faversham today and was told the dentist would get back to me. He rang and said there’s a waiting list. I then asked what day I got referred and he conveniently had a computer glitch and he said he would call back when his computer is working. He never did. I had to call again and was told by the receptionist I had been referred to a place in Rochester and it was accepted. I phoned the place in rochester only to be told the referral was only done today, minutes ago in fact. She also told me they if I would of been referred in September as I was meant to be I would of been seen as the waiting time is 4 months. I have been in severe pain and waiting for a referral that don’t exist . My dentist in faversham have caused more pain an them necessary and made my mouth worst. I will be seeking legal advise as the service and neglect is shocking.

The staff at reception are always very helpful and pleasant.

I've had many appointments cancelled and rebooked due to staff changes (dentists/hygienists).

It's difficult to build a rapport with so many changes.

I have been with My Dentist for more than 10 years I'm an NHS patient and have always been treated well.

Nicos the dentist was great and put me at ease straight away regarding my anxieties with tooth pain I had been experiencing. However, was not notified when I booked that this was a private appointment and was quite shocked by the price of my appointment. I was advised after 25 mins of waiting that it would be a private appointment by which I still proceeded as I had booked my appointment off as annual leave and could not easily rebook due to pressures of working in adult social care. For future development, receptionists should be clear with patients regarding the cost of their appointments and advise whether this it is an NHS or private appointment.

I experience serious dental anxiety after a bad experience many years ago. I was a bit of a wreck going in but the dentist Onur was understanding, and gentle, making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, filling was done very quickly and it went well, I’m just sorry he had to cope with me being so nervous as I needn’t have been so worried!

After having moved from London to Kent I hadn't been able to register as an NHS patient with any local Dentists. However, after contacting Dentaline I found that 'My Dentist' in Faversham were taking new NHS patients. I called to book an appointment and spoke with their receptionist who was extremely helpful. I was seen within a fortnight by Onur Halil who proved to be excellent! He performed his initial examination, was easy to talk to, and provided answers to all of my questions. He gave me options for the way forward, and I have therefore booked my next appointment.
