I have been going to My Dentist for about 2 years and recently I’ve been having treatment with Maria, I have finally found a dentist that makes me feel at ease, she talks everything through with me before she starts any treatment & asks if I’m ok or in any pain throughout, she’s incredibly confident in her work and has a good relationship with all the nurses and they also have a bit of banter, including me all the time, she seems to gradually be sorting all my dental problems and doing a really job. The new receptionist was also very welcoming.

Very friendly and inviting practice. One year ago I had a normal check up. I had a mark on my gum that I was not aware of and Rita referred me to the dental hospital. One thing led to another and unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer, I've just finished Radiotheraphy and hopefully because it was found early, I may have a good outcome. I can't stress enough how important it is to have regular checks ups ,and I can't think of a better place to go. Many thanks to Rita and good luck with your baby. Everyone at the practice were really friendly and cheerful on my visit. The dentist and dental nurse were informative and discussed every step of my treatment with me. I put my name on the patient waiting list. Thank you all for putting me at ease!

The receptionist Maria is lovely she explained how all the payments worked so I could understand it. She is very friendly.

This was by far my best experience at a dental practice. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming and informative. I was quite nervous and the dental nurse was really kind, even held my hand. My dentist , Maria was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt no pain during my treatment. The dentist also kept asking me if I was fine though out my appointment. We discussed treatment and going forward to have the best oral health. I highly recommend My dentist Bishopsworth branch and will definitely be back as I know that they look after their patients. Dr. Jones is an exceptional dentist. He made me feel at ease, and I didn't feel anything, not even the needle from the anaesthetic. Throughout the procedure (a large filling), he made me feel comfortable and asked if I wanted to know what was happening. The filling is perfect, and I have no post- operative pain at all. I've always been afraid of the dentist, and I need a lot of stuff doing. Happy to go back and let him work his magic.

Considering this was a visit to the dreaded dentist, it was actually a surprisingly easy going experience. Professionalism from receptionist to dental nurse Dr Ana Pais was my dentist for a double filling. Explained everything, empathetic and showed great care in her work and absolutely no pain which was my key worry. Highly recommended! Many thanks.
