Absolutely terrible service and I’ve only just joined! My details not set up correctly, cancelled appointment with no explanation. Now the dentist is finishing earlier so as a teacher it’s impossible to get an appointment after school. To change to a different dentist now requires me to pay for another check up despite having one a few weeks ago. Would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would.

I have toothache, called yesterday and was asked if it was an emergency…… it’s toothache !!! reception said they could provide an appointment in March or call back tomorrow for an emergency appointment.

I called at 830 as requested had no response after 10 minutes then left a message for a callback as requested.

I received a call at 9.21 from the receptionist only to be told they couldn’t provide an appointment until the 24th of February.

I explained that I left a message as the phone wasn’t answered only to be told by the receptionist she hadn’t listened to the message. I was number one in the queue.

The receptionist stated she was too busy and had 4 yes only 4 dentists to manage.

I wouldn’t recommend this dentist and will complain to the Ombudsman and ensure this dentist which is My Dentist located on Stone High Street Staffordshire has the recognition it deserves.

Brilliant with my elderly farther. Honest and easy to understand. Facilities here are ideal for us to attend via a wheelchair lift at the rear of the surgery. I highly recommend

Ayesha is a brilliant dentist.
I an extremely nervous patient Ayesha helped to stay calm and extremely gentle with me and I'm now starting to regain confidence having treatment, I really feel she is a major asset to the practice.

As a new customer been twice told I would have a root filling this didn’t work then had to go back and have the tooth extracted left root in because the girl couldn’t get it out in my opinion don’t think she knows what she is doing and told to wait for appointment from hospital what a good Xmas I’m going to have

Having not been to the dentist in a very long time due to severe anxiety, I was honest about my fears with staff when I booked my first appointment and they immediately worked to alleviate my stress and fear. The nurses were gentle and didn’t rush me and the dentist was just so patient, he explained everything before he did it and I felt like he really listened to my fears. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I have read the reviews of other people, and i had the same issue with regards to the appointment booking service. Our appointments were made and cancelled a few times, with wrong information sent via text messages. Also, this surgery is registered with the NHS to provide "Root canal treatment" with the information updated on NHS System "Last updated: 19 January 2024". When we had our initial appointments, the surgery stated that they do not currently offer this under NHS, and will need to be registered under a private appointment. This is very disappointing as we registered for the initial checkups thinking that the root canal treatment if required would be covered under NHS. Overall a disappointing experience.

Just an update, its been a month since i spoke to the practice manager, who took various actions and has not responded. i have called and chased a few times, but still no response.

Update 2: There was an appointment given to us for 27/06 - and we were told this was not to be charged for; but we were still charged. I have on 28/06 called the surgery again, and requested to speak to Leanne (Practice Manager).
