I had an appointment today with Caroline at Green Lane Dental, Redruth. I am very nervous about having fillings but from the moment I walked through the door to her surgery she was nothing but kind & compassionate. She was reassuring throughout the whole procedure so much so I have asked for her to be my regular dentist from now on.
Could not have had a better experience, she was so gentle and I have no pain now that the anaesthetic has worn off.

Justin Pope is the best dentist that I have ever had, you really get the sense that he cares for the patient. He always gives fantastic information and advise. I cannot rate him highly enough. Just hope he never leaves the practice

Had 2 fillings here this morning. I'm a very nervous patient but from when I went in, until I left, I was kept reassured and informed what was being done.
Sadly I can't remember the Dentists' name but he only works on Saturdays.
It was a totally pain free experience and I think my phobia of Dentists has gone.
Thank you so much. I'm thrilled with my fillings and they are very comfortable considering they are new. I can't even feel with my tongue what has been done. The Nurse was really lovely too.
Payment can be made by 3 or 10 interest free payments too.

Had some emergency work done here today. I've had issues with dentists in the past, such as being shamed for my mental health, the medications I take, for being a nervous patient, and for the diagnoses I have. As such, I'm very anxious about seeing the dentist: not because I'm scared of the pain so much, but because shame is - unsurprisingly - a very aversive, unhelpful way to be with people.

I expected that today when the receptionist very kindly booked me in for a last minute appointment. I thought I'd be dehumanised. Instead, Caroline (dentist) and Jodie (nurse) were validating, gentle, and apologised for how I'd been treated in the past. Not only did they do the emergency filling, but I was also prescribed a medicated toothpaste to help with the dry mouth I experience due to my medications. I really can't fault Caroline's manner, or her skilled, quick treatment of my broken tooth. Thank you so much to both her and Jodie, as well as the receptionist (I'm so sorry, I forgot to get her name) for all their help today.

Highly recommend this dental surgery. I had real concerns about a sensitive tooth that was giving me some discomfort. I had an impending operation for a total knee replacement so I was doubly concerned about the tooth ache having implications for my op and they fitted me in quickly. Justin, as usual did a fantastic job and I am so grateful for the rapid and first class service I received. I can’t thank them enough.

My front tooth cracked over Christmas, I booked in an emergency dental appointment with the NHS. They got me in here on the 2nd January, and it was great service. I didn't catch the dentists' names but they were very nice, informative and took their time to explain my next steps and did a great job sorting my gnashers out. Thanks very much, much appreciated 👍
