What a joke, been with practice over 16yrs and they have always called or text me for a checkup, today I thought I haven't heard from they for about 18months/2yrs. So I called them today to be told I am not registered with them now because I haven't been to them for a while but when I said you haven't txt or called to tell me it's appointment time she just said it's my fault and duty of care. So no explanation why they stopped texting people when it checkup time

Am a very nervous patient and have just returned from having a deep clean. I didn't look in the mirror before I left but just got home and Karen has worked wonders on my old snappers. Both Karen and her glamorous assistant do their best to put me at ease throughout the treatment. Would recommend both ladies highly.

Love this dentist surgery they’re friendly and really polite and the dentist Francis is amazing! He’s great with kids and adults , best dentists surgery around!!

Receptionist was lovely on the phone and really helpful hence the 3 stars.

Hygienist was 30 minutes late to appointment. Incredibly rude (no apology when I came in only barking at me that the appointment cost 80ish£) I'd paid upfront. Then used freezing cold water and lectured me at the end of the appointment for 10+ minutes (no wonder he's always running late) about how everyone should use a water pick everyday. Wouldn't recommend. Definitely better hygienists available for the same cost elsewhere who have a semblance of people skills.

Can't thank Mydentist enough today. My mum has dementia and lives in a care home but hasn't been eating for days due to toothache.

Phoned at 0930 for an appointment and Sophie kindly fitted us in for 1400! Francis looked at mum and knew what the problem was straightaway.

He removed her tooth within the hour and we were on our way home. Can't recommend them enough and thanks again for everything.

DO NOT GO THERE! Their dentist did a root canal treatment and crown fitting for me. After the surgery an infection has developed and I started getting bubbles around the crown. Went back to the dentist, was told, yes, there is an infection but was not told that it had to be re-done as it will only be getting worse within the time. Since I had no pain I did not ask anything. In 2.5-3 years, I started getting problems with my throat, constant sore-throat, cough. After several months of treatments the illness still remained. Somebody told me to check my tooth and I did remember that I was told I had an infection, obviously I was not aware on potential consequences and it did not tell me anything at the time. I went back to them in January 2023 and was told that I have an infection and it has developed, become a lot worse. I was given an X-ray to show how an infection has grown over this long period of time. The advice of this new dentist from MyDentist was: 1) Leave it; (SHOCKING TO ME); 2) Re-do the work with a specialist and 3) Extraction and replacement with new dental implant.
If I will leave it, my jaw will start to decay along with the other teeth nearby the crown.
He told me that they do not do it and that their city centre branch could look into this for me.
If they would haver re-done the work at the time when they confirmed that an infection has got underneath the crown, I would not get all these health problems now.
An issue has now been acknowledged by them in January 2023 and I will be taking legal actions against them to recover all costs and damages and a compensation as they have refused to re-do the required works at no cost to me.
This is a clear dental negligence!

The recent response from Mydentist is false! I have not contacted them recently and I`m not waiting for any response. They have replied to me few months ago by refusing to take responsibility, I am just looking for opportunity and free time to start legal actions! I have 2 years from the acknowledgement date in January 2023.

Really welcoming and understanding staff. My 4 year old daughter had no nerves and is looking forward to her next check up. I had a wisdom tooth removed (first ever dental treatment in nearly 40 years, aside from an annual scale and polish). No pain, put me at ease, explained everything. Really recommend.
