I’ve had multiple holistic massage and sports massage treatments with Olivia, all have been exceptional!

Olivia has a wealth of knowledge that she weaves intuitively through the massage, tailoring each session to your unique needs, making you feel seen, safe and nourished from deep within.

She is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever come across and I look forward to returning over and over again!

Olivia is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She’s very experienced and intuitive and I marvel at how she gets straight to the root of the problem without fail. She is also a lovely person to spend an hour with! She interacts just the right amount, understanding when the client wants to be quiet but sometimes encouraging the client to actively give feedback during the treatment to ensure it is as therapeutic as possible.
I can’t recommend Olivia highly enough.

I had been recommended to see Olivia to see if she could help with my tinnitus issue as I felt it could be a lot to do with stress/tension , after a few sessions it has made a massive improvement!!
It completely goes for up to 5 days sometimes and the pitch is a lot quieter. 😀
I have also had lower back pain since 2009 and have now had this area concentrated on by Olivia and again a massive improvement of mobility and lesser pain. ( wish I had done this years ago)
Highly, highly recommend anyone out there with sufferings to book up!

I am so pleased Olivia was recommended to me. In three sessions she has worked wonders on my back. I have suffered with lower back pain and tightness in my glutes for a long time.After a working day, my back would be sore and achy.Turning over in bed, getting out of bed and sneezing were painful and uncomfortable. After only one session I could do all three things without too much discomfort. Olivia has a gentle manner and explains what she is doing as she goes. She is very experienced in her field and I look forward to more sessions with her. I’m a work in progress!!

Matt is extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable! He tailored my Sports Massage to my specific needs and is very educated in dealing with post operation issues. I can not recommend him and this company enough! I have already felt noticeable improvements to my mobility and levels of pain and Matt really went out of his way to create and print out for me a selection of stretches that would benefit me as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend.
