Been to My Baby Company 3 times now, Viktoria is very knowledgeable and reassuring and super friendly. There is no rush out the door, the setting is comfortable and calm and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a lovely experience today with Viktoria. She was very warm and welcoming and what I liked the most about our scan is that it felt very personable, she really took her time and we wasn’t rushed in and out.

I will definitely be booking in for another scan later on in my pregnancy.

Unfortunately I dont have much nice to say.
Viktoria was nice and I was early, no one else had arrived yet so she said I could be scanned straight away, which was nice.
However, I didn't find the quality of the scan very good, this is my 3rd pregnancy and 3rd early reassurance scan so I know what to expect. Thankfully, I'm a nurse and know the terms and what the anatomy of it all was because it didn't seem like the scanner knew very much at all. For an early reassurance if that had been my first experience I would have left terrified and more worried than before. It felt quite rushed. I knew I was between 5-7 weeks so I knew there wasn't much chance of seeing a heartbeat but it was still special to see my baby. However once she saw the size of the yolk sac etc. It was over very quickly. I got one picture, my name is spelt wrong on the print out which is no good for a keepsake kind of ruins it. Attention to detail is very important with someone so meaningful.
The scanner although lovely seemed very inexperienced and doesn't have enough knowledge to answer questions appropriately and confidently. I feel the £45 was a waste of money. Id happily pay double that for someone that knows what they're doing. Will not be returning or recommending.

I have recently used My Baby Company for genetic testing. I do not live locally to the business but the service from start to finish has been exceptional. After listening to a few questions I had, everything was explained in detail regarding the timeline of the testing. I received the full lab report but a verbal confirmation of the results too. Excellent service and communication

Came yesterday for a 16 wk gender scan and it was just amazing!
Viktoria was friendly and welcoming. The room itself is lovely, feels really intimate and special.
The apartment lasted around 20/25 minutes and we got to see the baby on a big screen in front of us. We didn't actually want to know the gender there and then so she asked us to look away while she checked and then to be written in an envelope.
100% recommended this to anyone, its worth the money and will definitely be coming back before the end of pregnancy to see the baby bigger and more developed.

I Had a dating/reassurance scan done by Viktoria, she was lovely & friendly, we felt so welcome, the room is so lovely with relaxing lights. We got an unexpected surprise!
