Came in on the 21st shortly after 11am to collect a prescription. We got told that they had it but couldn't locate it and to come back later. Came back later only to learn that they lied to us and never received the prescription in the first place. "We don't know who told you that"... Well.. we gave you the date and time. Do you not keep a schedule of who is working? Now we are going to run out because your staff lied to us and you are protecting them.

Rude, grumpy service, especially from one particular woman on the counter but the whole place is not great. Doesnt say a word when you approach, stares and then marches off or barks at you. Really an unpleasant experience whenever I have had to go here. If you don't like people don't have a public facing role.
Needless to say due to the service and lack of other options I have switched to online prescriptions and home delivery to avoid this place.

Very similar experience to the last review 5 people working but still waited 15 minutes. Now there is only one chemist in Church Stretton they need to get a system that works effectively

Very long slow queue. They seem to have trouble finding people's prescriptions. Huge amount of bags being stored they sift through every time. Only one till working ATM.
