Recently had daily appointments with the nursing team, absolutely superb and all the staff were lovely. GP appts are often late, but that’s to be expected and there’s plenty of space in the waiting room

Hit and miss with the doctors. Dr Myers is fantastic though. The nurses are always fantastic and the staff are always polite and attentive. Unfortunately, you have to press on and challenge the positions of certain doctors at this practice who don’t take you seriously despite seeing you’re in pain and discomfort for so long. There is one doctor who I now refuse to see because the last time I saw them, I came out crying because I was made to feel I was being a hypochondriac and I was embarrassed despite being in a great deal of pain and discomfort. I keep complaining of being fatigued, tired and worn out and I experience great muscle ache and pain. Gastroenterologist suggested fibromyalgia a while back but my regular GP wasn’t interested. I feel nervous going back most of the time. Will responsibility be taken? Probably not.

Having been a patient for some 20+ years I have never once had
reason to complain as to the treatment sought and given by any
of the doctors.The pharmacy over the years has had a turnover
of staff yet they always come up with the goods ,and always polite
and efficient.The telephone booking service ,though occasionally
slow due to the numbers of calls it handles,is more than 10/10.
In general each and every member of staff is a credit to the
surgery in a positive light and I thank them.

Not a patient here so can't comment on that side of things. Took a relative there for an appointment, waiting room is noisy, needs noise reduction panels, and the TV screen saying who's next and where to go, had no sound so anyone with poor eyesight will struggle. Staff seemed friendly and competent.

Moved to the area having experienced 2 other local authority NHS care. I am so impressed with this surgery. I was able to get an appointment easily, referred to radiology at Friarage, the appointment arrived swiftly. Was seen by Friarage yesterday, very polite, friendly staff. The results of scan sent to my GP the same day and the GP messaged me on the afternoon with the results. An outstanding service, thank you. Highly recommend this surgery.

Never had a bad experience with them. Staff are always helpful, can usually get an appointment booked sooner than other GPs I've had experience with in the past, and they're not usually running late on appointments on the day, if they are it's never a long wait

I visit the surgery every week and the staff are very polite and helpful. Even under busy and difficult times, I have never heard a rude word spoken by the staff. If you are polite to them, they will reciprocate.
