Well it says its open but its not open and I found out why there is no pic let me tell because the building just look ridiculous and dirty this is the true reviews .

Proper old-school gym with lots of equipment and friendly welcoming staff. Equipment is dated but functional, roof has a few leaks that need repairing, no heating so wear layers in winter.

Alan (ex-pro boxer) does an excellent boxing + circuit class Tues/Thurs/Sat. I'm a 48 year old beginner in boxing and was made to feel welcome even though my main goal is fitness/ mental health/ confidence and not sparring or competing.

This is one of those brilliant places that encourages kids to start boxing instead of joining gangs on the streets, and should be protected at all costs for future local youth.

Love this little gym! Was always apprehensive joining a gym however I bit the bullet and took up one of their offers and I’ve never looked back. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgable PTs who offer fab classes that cater for all abilities. Would highly recommend.

Been coming to this gym for year and half now
Absolutely love it can't keep me out of the place.
They do competitions etc which is what got me to join in the first place
The people who go are friendly and all the staff are lovely.
