I have been a patient here since birth, with a few doctor changes. The care has always been good and I would just like to say thank you to all the staff. We always get an appointment and quickly if required, the receptionists are professional and friendly.

An excellent surgery, with superb clinical staff, you can nearly always be seen the same day. I have been with the practice 30 years and would highly recommend. A special mention to Kerry, Practice Nurse, outstanding care and incredibly approachable and Dr Telford, who is always so compassionate, patient and an excellent listener. Thank you!

Have always found all the staff very helpful in all circumstances and the Doctors have always been very thorough in their care for me and my wife. Doctor Mir is always caring and always does his utmost to resolve any health issues we have as quickly as possible. Our heartfelt thanks to all.

I have been so well looked after at this surgery, the receptionists are always really pleasant and helpful, Dr Mir in particular has been an absolute star in taking care of not just me but my husband also, all of the nurses and staff working behind the scenes are absolutely brilliant.

i have been at this surgery for many years.. as a nurse myself i have high expectations and moss street always deliver.. always helpful on the reception, the nurses, the manager, the doctors are brilliant and any issues, you get a call or a text with what is happening. i feel very lucky to have such excellent care..

I was able to get a much needed same day appointment.
I was a little upset and so was very grateful for the receptionist to take me somewhere quieter and give me 5minutes of her time to listen and put me in the right direction. There are some lovely young ladies on the desk but special thanks go to Kath. I hope you are there should I need to come down again !
It was also nice not to feel rushed by the Doctor.
I am rarely in need of an appointment but was made to feel at ease which meant alot to me.

The most helpful staff to date, had an issue with my disabled daughter's prescription at a local chemist. They found what I needed on site. I can't fault the receptionist, nurses or the doctors 10/10
