Went to pharmacy was given antibiotics for a u t.i, Still didn't clear. Went to pharmacy again they said visit your GP as we can't give a second dose. I tried to book using online booking, took over a week to respond and after explaining about my visit to the pharmacy etc this was my response. I understand there busy, and my problem is minor compared to some but you could at least read the notes. What's the point of filling it out if your not gonna read it 🤔 it's not like I want to have to see the g.p. unless I que at 8am you don't get help.

Absolutely shocking experience! Duly filled in the online form early on a Monday morning mentioning MULTIPLE times that I'm struggling badly with my mental health & am in chronic pain only to receive a reply scheduling a telephone call back between Thursday & Sunday!
Contacted the surgery to explain that I need more urgent help only to be told the doctor had assessed my case on a matter of urgency basis & this was then they had decided to call me so therefore it could not be changed! Told to go to walk in centre or A&E if I'm having a mental health crisis!
Thanks for your support!

Absolute disgrace . Receptionists don’t bother , they are busy talking their own personal talks , gossips than listening to patients and sorting their issue out promptly . Mishel completely ignored me and made me wait until I have had to ask if Elliott chapel has been put on for my blood tests . I was only given a choice for Morrill and longhill , I had asked to incude Elliott chapel . Then she pretend to do something on the system and in the mean time other patients came and she started to answering their queries , Knowing the fact I have been waiting to be put on to Elliott chapel for my bloods .
No duty of care , not compassionate at all .
Extremely discouraging .

I needed an appointment for a painful muscle or trapped nerve in my buttock just before Christmas. I Started ringing at 8 am. Continuously hitting the redial button. I Finally got through at 8.24 am only to be told after what seemed like a never ending introduction message by a Dr Burrell, that there were no more appointments available that day. Same thing happened the day after. So I gave up and I’ve since just relied on YouTube for some physio exercises. In my opinion this so called medical centre is no better than a 3rd world banana republic medical practice.

I would give 0 stars but it won't let me.

I did a 24 hour urine test and walked all the way up to morrill and back (Victoria dock) to ring in and find out they haven't filled it out correctly.

No call, no apology just "we will call you back when we get a new test"

So irritated and angry .

This Health centre is near on impossible to get an appointment. You ring at 8.00am, it now takes 1 hour to get through and all you get is there's no appointments today, try again tomorrow or stand in a queue outside the clinic now from 7.30am but still not guaranteed an appointment. When you're not very well, the last thing you need is standing outside waiting. The clinic has 2 other places you can go to. They need to have a meeting to look at ways to improve the service. Rang for my husband today, 29/02/24 and 52 minutes later was put in a queue for another 5 minutes just to be told there's no appointments. What is the point. Was told to go to a walk-in centre. That's a couple of hours wasted time you can't get back. Not happy.

The booking system has now changed, it directs you to a website which isn't very clear or helpful. The receptionists are the most rude people I've ever come across. Complaints go nowhere because the managers are not interested. This Practice is a joke, the decline of the place over the years is a disgrace.

I would score it 0 stars if I could.
