I have been mistreated by someone called Vicky Giddings today. I had a booked appointment to take my bloods for diabetes at 18.00 hrs. She spoke to me in a very offensive and aggressive tone and said their phlebotomists leave surgery and cannot take blood at six and I have to go to HRI. When I asked why did they book me into this appointment she became very rud and said it was none of her business as it wasn't her who booked it. Then she put the phone down and sent me a link to book an appointment in April. I have been waiting to get my bloods checked for a long time and utterly disappointed about this animalistic behaviour of the staff at Morrel street. I do not know why should we tolerate these inhumane attitudes. When I asked the way to make a complaint, she became even more rude and started convincing me it was my fault so there is nothing to complain.

Sent here today to the winter hub. No sign to say which area. The 3 receptionists at East Hull family practice were no help and just laughed in my face twice when asked questions. Very rude and discusting behaviour. Staff should be trained when front of house. If I ever get sent here again will refuse appointment.

Can i give a minus?. No appointments ever. Wife after surgery fail was told to go to walk in center for 6 months, even when explaining walk in center said practice doctor needed to be seen. Lost my personal details prior to 2003 and sent my details to another victim of their practice with the same name on a sick note. AVOID

Have to go online to fill out the form .My son rang for an appointment, and he was told to go online when he said he was dyslexic , he was told to get someone to help him. This is totally wrong. He is being victimised because he is his dyslexic. I have heard of other people being told to get someone to help them. My sister doesn't have a mobile phone or as the Internet, she is 73 lives alone, what is going to happen to her and others like her 🤔 disgraceful, utterly disgusting .

phone number doesn't work at all, what's the bloody point of having it listed if it's just a dead sodding line? hopefully my ailment isn't serious

edit: their new online form "available any time anywhere" is only available 8am-1pm. what a ridiculous idea! an online form only available for 5 sodding hours. do you work third shift? do you sleep during the day, awake at night for whatever reason? tough luck, you are never getting an appointment.

I'm withdrawing cold turkey from SSRIs from this stupid system as their repeat prescription service on Airmid abruptly stops letting you renew when it's time for a med review, and you can never get an appt for said review. I've given up on this practice and will be looking for somewhere else to take me and my partner on as patients.

If I could give less I would.... Two days no appointments. 3rd day. Constantly calling from bang on 8am. Get through at 09:10am. No appointments. Told to go to Bransholme walk in centre. I work 2 minutes from the GP. I can't go to a walk in centre! I work! Absolute joke of a GP. Changing GP as of today.
