Extremely disappointed with the male Pharmacist's attitude and arrogance this evening (Friday, 3 January 2025) after an item (non-controlled) was omitted from my medication bag.

It is extraordinary that the Pharmacist could claim to have remembered putting a medication box into my bag, given that it was done around 8 hours prior, and he must have done hundreds since.

Yet, he was quick to very promptly give me a box of the missing medication, and he knows why.

Memory is not infallible and it is healthy, and human nature, to make mistakes.

I have now changed pharmacies.

Excellent service. I get prescription delivered, never had a problem. The delivery drivers are lovely. Always friendly and polite 🙂 Have had jabs done there for covid, never a problem and very short waiting time. If had to ring for any reason staff are always helpful. Good place to use. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

I attended the pharmacy for my COVID jab, the guy that administered the vaccine was one of the rudest people I have met in a chemist, his first line before I even spoke was abrupt and rude.

Whilst our vaccine is provided to us free of charge, the chemist is getting paid for it from the government, so they should treat us like a regular customer and provide the service with manners and be polite.

Poor customer service skills from their male pharmacist that is on shift today. He is unable to accept emergency prescriptions from a 111 doctor for antibiotics. When questioned what 111 is for, the pharmacist then raised his voice and said to me that I may think I know how to do my job but he knows how to do his better. I guess 111 should just stop being a emergency contact for the public in need
