Modern, well trained and current staff.
Phlebotomist needs a cape... If wasn't for the questions, you wouldn't know you had been seen ( takes blood smoother than any mosquito!)

I been registered coming on 5years and there has not been a month that my prescription hasn't been sent to p2u on time you take it up with staff but it falls on deaf ears I have been in hospital twice as I was left for over 2 weeks without medication that is down to Yong the pharmacy he picks and chooses what medication you can have I am so sick of this let's get rid of him and get someone that can do the job properly and not get you mixed up with another patient

An absolutely fabulous doctor's surgery. No long waits on the telephone to make appointments. Able to get appointments quickly. Very good doctor's, practice nurses, phlebotomists and other staff.

Right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing! No procedures, elderly patients discharge notes not checked or scanned on system for days. Every person at surgery giving different information.

To top it all I requested to speak with Morland house manager stating it’s regarding a complaint I was told I will receive a call back but never received one! That just shows the level of leadership at Morland house surgery in Wheatley!

I had to spend 3 hours and several phone calls over days to sort out medication for my aunt (88 years old retired NHS nurse) who is discharged from hospital after nearly 7 months.

I am not sure where the element of care stands these days but none of the patients should be neglected like this especially who has given over 50 years of their life to NHS. What hope other elderly patients have with this surgery who don’t have anyone to chase up Morland house’s medical teams !!

I've only just registered but I'm so impressed I felt I had to post a review. The receptionist and pharmacist were very helpful, efficient, and friendly, and responded to my query almost immediately. I haven't seen a GP yet but confident they will be equally good!

Relocating from Birmingham, this is now our local GP. We have had no trouble registering, getting appointments and being quickly seen. The receptionists are always courteous, the GPs are exceptional and I'm sure the rest of the practice staff are similar. Yes, like most of the NHS, the practice will be under pressure, but I always get the sense that patient care is of the utmost priority here.

I have had amazing amazing service at this surgery.In contrast with friends who attend other surgeries I never have to wait more than a cocuple of minutes for my call to be answered and and helpful.Doctors and nurses have always been exceptionally patient and professional.the vaccine service for Covid has been very efficient and the surgery are good at keeping in touch with their patients, and the dispensary is excellent. We are so so lucky to be with Morland House.Patients are not the easiest group of people for obvious reasons but I just want to say Thank you

I had a thyroid blood test yesterday Monday 10/12 as requested by my doctor.

The reason was that I have a pain 3 weeks now in my throat and because I have a thyroid problem and I had a melanoma before we wanted to make sure everything is under control

So left from my job and waited the buss for 25 minutes!

Finally I managed to reach morland from 11:10 that it was the appointment at 11:20. But I was waiting more 10 minutes for the administrator to finish her call.

When I finally managed to speak to her she tried to make for me a reschedule but the nurse didn't want to accept it because as she said she had many appointments.

The surgery was empty and nobody was waiting outside for the nurse!!

The administrator told me to come again next day
That means that I must leave again from my job for no reason really!
