I’m writing on behalf of my mum Norma who was living in Hatfield manor for just over a year
She has sadly passed away but I just wanted to share our experience
As you can see from the photos she was so happy there and for me I felt she was safe and so well cared for
I can’t thank everyone there enough for their wonderful kindness
It’s like one big family 🥰

I wrote a good review when my husband Alan first came to Hatfield Manor and wondered if we’d still find the home so good as time went by - it is even better.

I can’t praise these lovely people enough. They make so much effort to make life bright and happy for all the residents.
The food is delicious ( we had a roast dinner for our 55th anniversary in their smart dining room) so we can confirm that.

The staff set up a film for us to watch in their cinema room after our anniversary meal and they had decorated the room beautifully with petals and many special touches including drinks and popcorn. It couldn’t have been better.

Thank you all for your kindness and for going the extra mile - we really appreciate you. YOU ARE SPECIAL.

My partner was receiving palliative care and, because it requires both nurses to sign for the drugs, he was often in pain for an hour or so after first calling for the drugs. I cannot tell you how awful it was to see him suffering.
