When I visited the pharmacy to collect a prescription, Ishan the pharmacist asked to do a random bp check. Turns out it was 240/122. Ishan suggested I go to A&E immediately as I was in hypertensive crisis, he was amazing and literally saved my life. Before and since, I've only had incredible patient care and service from this pharmacy.

We swapped here from Leek Pharmacy. The pharmacy is better run, the staff are definately better trained too. I like the text alerts when your medication is ready. Ishan the Pharmacist is excellent. He helped me out of a difficult situation today caused by my GP practice. We are very happy with the service offered here and we both have complex prescriptions. I would recommend it to anyone.

When collecting a prescription for a relative a few days ago, I asked the Pharmacist (Azim) for advice on how to interpret a print out which showed their blood results.

I expected just a brief explanation, especially as he was very busy at the time, but he took me into the consulting room and spend a good half an hour not just interpreting the print out, but also explaining about the different types of anaemia, foods which are rich in iron, foods which help or hinder the absorption of iron, and the different types of iron supplements available.

This customer service was excellent and went over and above my expectations. So much so that I’ve felt the need to write this review in recognition and for the benefit of anyone looking for a pharmacy that values their customers.

On my last visit to my local chemist there were issues about availability of a medicine.Azim and his whole team worked out away to get sorted out.This was very important on several levels so thank u all for your care and professionalism .
