Just had the misfortune of speaking to Dr anton. Usually speak to a much nicer friendly female doctor. Never spoke to someone so rude and patronising in a medical profession than her today. Always spoke highly of Moore street surgery but today has made me want to move doctors and my opionion has abruptly changed.

Rude staff, they closed for a day on the 18.09 but the notice says 19.09, when I was trying to get attention I was being screamed at ‘we’re closed!!!’ I tried to explain the sign was completely wrong but Lynn was having none of it, disgusting attitude from their own wrongdoing

Don't usually complain but feel like I have to. Tyrannical receptionists two Lynn's and nurse manager. No wonder this practice has so bad reviews. Was looking for doctor to sign a ID FORM. Rang them for info they said bring form over, went over then dismissed straight away. I understand they have rules and policies but to get me to go to them and dismiss me straight away. Bad practice. Reading these rewiews and coming from area these tyrants DO NOT HELP.

Moor Street surgery at 9am & 4pm today. For the 3rd time in as many months refused to see a 2 year old who wasn't well with an on going illness.

Couldn't get past the receptionists who think they are the gate keepers to another realm. No appointments as too busy, can't book an appointment because that's not how it works.

Again had to go to Alder hey as there is no possibility of her seeing her own doctor who as you can see has a waiting room full of sick patients.

We had to take a wee sample at the consultants request in the afternoon and it took the receptionist (in an empty surgery) 30 minutes before she'd accept it from me even though notes from Alder hey had already been sent through.

This is absolutely unacceptable that they refuse any care to an unwell toddler.

This surgery is not fit for purpose.

I had a phone consultation from Yvonne.
Nurse from Moore Street Surgery.
She diagnosed I have a chest infection and has prescribed antibiotics.
Can I say I found Yvonne to be just wonderful.
She was so caring kind and professional in every way.
She offered such good advice and didn't rush me on the call.

Thank you Yvonne
You are so lovely and I'm so happy you called me today x

Miss Angela Orme was absolutely amazing with me, I have a needle phobia I hate getting my bloods taken. I'm known to pass out, I get into right states, I've had panic attacks and even want to throw up but miss Orme was very calming and caring took her time relaxing me then keeping me talking didn't try to rush an traumatise me. She was so quick then made extra time to ensure I was still OK and we had a nice little chat. I didn't feel faint at all no issues and really happy I actually had a positive experience

Lynn is a horrible woman, she needs re training or let go off, terrible experience with her, if you ask her any questions, she says your shouting at her , but she raises her voice constantly to patients, I now don't know if I'm getting a call back from doctors, her attitude stinks ,
