I wish I had found Moore Performance (and in particular, Will) sooner because then I wouldn't have ended up in the pain I did. I had been seeing a local osteopath and was getting nowhere with my ankle pain so I was contemplating private surgery when I came across Moore Performance. I decided to give them a go and Will has changed my life. When I first started seeing him, I had just come back from the trip of a lifetime to Death Valley and Yosemite but had been unable to fully enjoy it as I was in too much pain to walk, even with maximum dose painkillers daily. Having previously run two marathons, it was highly upsetting to have reached the point where I couldn't even walk down my stairs or to the local shops. Will reassured me that there wasn't anything wrong with me that wasn't fixable (the GP had told me a quite different story!) and he got to work. Just under a year later and I was able to walk up the aisle to get married and also enjoy walking thousands of steps round Disney World without any pain. I have also started hiking up hills again and also playing tennis. I cannot thank Will enough for changing my life and giving me back the things I enjoy in life!

Alex has been brilliant in getting me to the start line of my first ultra last weekend after injury. Very professional service, realistic exercises given, appointments always on time and injury managed! Looking forward to my sports massage this week and getting my legs working again ☺️⭐️

I highly recommend Alex as a physio. I visited Alex during postpartum as I was suffering from back and arm aches due to carrying my baby day and night. She managed to alleviate my pain and I was feeling my back and arms were getting stronger from session to session. Although I still have to carry my baby around, I do not feel it affects my muscles so much!

I had an ongoing issue with a pinched nerve resulting in neck and shoulder pain and numbness in my arm. Will’s treatment has been very successful and I’m now almost back to normal. Will gives simple, easy to understand explanations about the diagnosis, treatment and exercises I can do at home. He’s friendly, professional and seems very knowledgeable about physio and the body. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

It was a pleasure to be treated by Will. The initial consultation really broke the ice and I was soon being treated and given simple exercises to do at home. Will explained everything very clearly and set realistic goals for recovery. Regular reviews, consultation and tweaks to my exercises enabled me to reduce the pain and maintain the health of my troublesome knee.
