I’ve regularly attended these sound baths since Sophia started, I look forward to an hour of deep relaxation. I really prefer the clear clean sound of the different crystal bowls to gongs. I get into the flow state quite quickly as I’ve been going regularly. It’s always feels too short and the experience is over too quickly. I highly recommend Sophia for her professionalism and care she takes to make sure we all have a lovely time. It’s worth a try, all sorts of people attend of different ages. I take a futon bed, with a soft bolster to prop me up, blankets, an eye mask, bed socks and a couple of blankets and water.

I recently had my first experience of Sound Bathing and it was incredible. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly by Sophia. As soon as the South Bath began I felt relaxed. I recently had my first amazing sound bath therapy session with Sophia. It was a totally relaxing experience, taking me on a sound journey that really resonated within my mind and my body. I felt a deep connection with the sound vibrations creating a wonderful sense of peace and calmness that allowed me to release stress and tension.

Sophia began our session with a breathing and relaxation exercise to prepare, focus and ground me. As the sound vibrations began to emerge I could feel my body and mind sychronising with each sound bringing moments of calm, stillness and complete relaxation.

Sophia finished our session by sharing a deliciously warming cacao drink to continue to nurture my senses. I left feeling completely relaxed and re-balanced.
