Montong Holistic Therapy

My wife and I had a couples massage at Montong as part of our wedding anniversary gets away. Having been to Thailand and had a massage on the beach in Phuket we were super excited about reliving this in Canterbury. Alicia and Mary were made us feel very welcome and the massages from them both were exactly what we were after....authentic, deep tissue and relaxing. I would highly recommend visiting Montong if you are after a high quality Thai massage.

Really good massage , sorting out my arthritic hip, booked at short notice. Bit surprised a towel wasn't used to cover my front , particularly when the masseuse worked around my more intimate areas, which had the normal effect on a guy. Fortunately she didn't bat an eye and remained unembarrassed and calm

I scheduled a massage for my birthday and although it was not terrible, it was not what I had envisioned. I called ahead asking if I could get a combo massage (Thai + Hot Oil). I was told "yes of course" so I proceeded to book a 90 mins session. The lady who greeted me almost seemed confused that I had a session scheduled for that day. The massage was "ok". Unfortunately, I couldn't quite communicate my needs due to the language barrier. Also, I was not provided the combo massage as requested. Instead I received a somewhat "lukewarm" (not hot) oil massage. At the end of my massage, the woman tried to wipe the excess oil off my body with COLD water. This is a 1st for me. Usually, before a person turns over unto their back, the masseuse usually wipes your back then asks you to turn around. Nonetheless, warm water would be preferred in my opinion as the coldness was so jarring.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary with a deep tissue massage, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The therapist was exceptional, skillful, and attentive to our needs. The moment we entered the spa, we were welcomed with a soothing atmosphere that set the tone for relaxation. The deep tissue massage itself was precisely what we needed. The therapist expertly worked on our tension and knots, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The pressure applied was just right, and we could feel the tension melting away from our bodies. Throughout the session, the therapist made sure we were comfortable and focused on areas that needed extra attention. The overall ambiance of the spa contributed to the tranquility of the experience, making it truly memorable. We both left the spa feeling incredibly relaxed, and it was the perfect way to celebrate our special day together. We highly recommend Montong. It was an unforgettable anniversary celebration, and we'll definitely be returning for more pampering in the future.

The best massage I have had in years. I was having massages regularly but life got in the way. Was able to make an appointment after my request and boy did I need it. The treatment was well worth it. Have been looking for a place in Kent and this is it guys. Friendly and pleasant staff. The ambience was apt. Thank you for making me feel better.

MonTong Massage Therapy was a great massage experience. The customer service was fantastic and the team were incredibly welcoming. The reflexology and deep tissue massage were conducted with impressive skill. If you need a massage in Canterbury I’d highly recommend.

Amazing. I've had two sessions of deep tissue massage and it's already making a difference. Some of the tension I've been carrying in my neck and shoulders is gone, and I feel so much more relaxed. Heartily recommend.

So far visited this place twice and booked up for third, staff are so friendly and make you feel so relaxed. Best massage I've ever had, recommended to all my friends. Second massage (weds. 19th july) was better than first which was good, so really looking forward to mynext one in a fortnight.
