The clinician was very helpful, very professional. If i could make one recommendation, it would be so much better to book appointments in advance. The Nurse asked me to book in with her the next time she was in. Unfortunately, the receptionist explained this wasn't possible and I would have to call on the day.

Practitioners good once seen, but the surgery doesn’t exactly make it easy. I was the only one in the waiting room for 15 mins - receptionists constantly on the phone booking appts as expected. I walked to the desk once they were done and I’d helpfully been marked as a no show. Waste of everyone’s time.

There’s the smallest sign at the desk saying to check in on a separate screen but no indication at the screen that you can/should check in there. Just be aware. Hopefully they’ll put a sign up above the screen - it would make sense!

Phone call answered promptly just after 8am. Very courteous receptionist who provided an appointment at a time suitable to me and on attending the appointment I was seen by the GP shortly after the appointment time and was treated respectfully and given appropriate prescription. As a family we have always received really good service from this practice. Thank you all.

In comparison to our previous gp, montague is brilliant.
Same day appointments.
Always polite receptionists.
Polite, friendly and patient doctors and nurses.
Surgery itself is always clean and there are always parking spaces and seats available.

Reception staff always lovely and helpful, rang me regards blood test and needing to see Dr Chadda.Used ring back following morning and got to see the doctor same afternoon. First time in meeting him and such a lovely fella and explained the results and what the next step was.Gave me confidence in him and put me at ease,5 star treatment from all the staff 👍
