Now use as my chemist to get all my medication after chemist's next to my doctor had never got Carbamazapine which I need for my epilepsy and they are really good and always have all medication I have to take , thank you Monarch Pharmacy your really Brilliant.

I go well out of my way to use this pharmacy for my blood tests. Louise is friendly, professional and efficient. I’ve never had to wait past the time I booked for, I have never had a bruise despite having quite difficult-to-find veins and I’m always made to feel welcome and cared for. Grade A service. Thank you.

Switched from Previous pharmacy to Monarch a couple of months ago and was ok at first. On Tuesday I ordered my repeat prescription as normal and was told it would be ready to collect on Friday. I asked them to double check my blood thinners as I was going to run out on Friday because I thought I was 12 tablets short which I take twice daily. My other meds were correct.
I sent a friend to collect my prescription as I was on a late shift but when I got home all they had given her were a packet of statins which I had said I no longer needed and that was it.
Subsequently I had to get a referral from 111 to a late night pharmacy so I could get tablets I needed urgently.
Won't be going back there and have transferred to another pharmacy.

Incidentally the pharmacy within Asda on the London Rd in Coventry were absolutely brilliant in getting me sorted out so a big thumbs up to them.

All i did was ask the staff why they was telling me lies, i then showed them how they were lying, they didn’t want to be accountable for the lies they was telling so they banned me. First thing i was never going back anyway, secondly it shows what sort of people they are. Personally i wouldn’t recommend giving them the chance. Jubilee crescent has two chemist shops, the Boots is very good.

The staff are really friendly and the shop is spot on for cleanliness and social distancing.
They sorted out my medication without a problem.
I now have my medication sorted into weekly packs which is very clear and easy to understand.
I don't know why I didn't start going here years ago. X?
