I have always been impressed with the service provided by the surgery. Having moved around quite a bit, I can confidently say this is one of the best practices I have been registered with. A recent example was a call with the pharmacist(Sonia), who was extremely helpful and informative.

This surgery becomes worse by the day and I am sick of them not doing their jobs properly.
Tell me why I had to wait over 6 months for a pelvic scan after I clearly told them I have a serious history on complications and I want to check again because something doesn’t feel right.
Tell me why I don’t get the medical attention I need from the people working there to the point where for a single prescription they didn’t want to give me so I can go pick it up but told me to make the request in the app and the lady at the pharmacy didn’t want to give it to me because it allegedly didn’t pop up. Which of the two were lying? The GP or pharmacist? I dropped down on the floor screening in pain because I couldn’t take it anymore and I really really needed those pills.
Tell me why I just called cause I have been feeling horrible these past few days, fainting, throwing up, and in a lot of pain, only for the woman on the phone to tell me to make the appointment on the app. I told her I called for a reason because it is an emergency and I would like to make the appointment on the phone so I know it’s all done and I can breathe a little lighter. Tell me why after I told her what is happening she stayed silent for the next 2 minutes and then repeated the same thing again: “ do it on the app”. And then I told her did it cut out ? Cause I had just told her everything. Then she starts yelling down the phone to tell her what is wrong. I have been in such a fragile state of mind since I got ill that she just made it a lot worse for me.
This is what the people working at the GP is for right? It’s disgusting. This is why I prefer to drop dead than go to the gp.

I have been with this GP since I was a teenager, I called up earlier to try to book an appointment at some stage in the future as I suspect I have some serious damage on my spine, I have then been told that they cannot book appointments for a time in the future, If I have an urgent problem such as this I need to spend a couple of hours in the call line from 08:00 AM to get an appointment ONLY on the same day despite this being clearly a serious issue.

A couple of years ago my mother had severe chest pains and went there only to be disregarded and sent home with painkillers, that same night her lungs stopped and we had to panic and wait for an ambulance.

If you have any serious health issues that need investigating, avoid them at all costs.

It's like having no GP at all. After a few years registered, this is how I feel. App never works, calling they tell you to go there next day at 8 and wait, and as I said I felt hopeless for a long time, going to ER when I was ill because GP was useless.

Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Accountability

Despite calling at 8:30 AM sharp, no one answered the phone. I was caller number 1 in the queue for over 30 minutes with no response whatsoever. This isn’t the first time—it’s my second review highlighting the same issue.

It feels like the staff at Mollison Way Surgery are disinterested in their roles, and there’s a serious lack of urgency or professionalism. What’s even more disappointing is that there has been no follow-up—no email or call in response to my previous 1-star review.

The management clearly isn’t functioning effectively. Patients deserve better. Pathetic and deeply frustrating experience.
