West Hull Health Hub is a fantastic facility. Parking is easy and convenient, with a couple of electric chargers too, which makes visits stress-free. The building itself is modern, bright, and very clean, creating a positive first impression.

On arrival, I was greeted by the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The whole environment feels calm and welcoming, which helped my mindset around my wellbeing.

It’s clear that thought has gone into making the hub a comfortable place for patients. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience here and would definitely recommend it to others

This is supposed to be part of the caring profession and is anything but. If you want to see a GP you are asked personal questions by the unqualified receptionist who instead of giving you an appointment sends you away with the promise of a phone call which if you do get you are told you can be either diagnosed over the phone or see someone who's neither doctor or nurse. Not any help at all. I asked for a referral back to the mental health service to sort out my bi polar was asked questions and then fold to see the mental health charity who cannot deal with my problems just sit there listening so that they can feel good about themselves doing no good at all. I would not recommend West Hull Health Hub to anyone who is actually ill

The service given here is disgusting. I have had one good bit of service from a young lady behind the counter , but the middle aged lady with glasses on hasn't got a clue about customer service. My wife went for an emergency prescription for herself and was told by this woman that she would have to go on line and order it . And wait 3 or 4 days. Seriously !!! Is this woman medically trained Needs more training in customer care .

A very nice new facility.

Good bus routes and car parking.

This is the third attempt to get a good accessable health facility in this area, Seems to be worth the wait.

Odd layout inside and strange alignment of automatic doors to and from the carpark.

This place as with other places lives to display patient names on screens am sure there must be a better way.

But all in all a good facility with huge potential.

The environment here is very good, the space is spacious, and the attitude of the reception is also very friendly. The only drawback is that when I took my children to see a doctor and went to the pharmacy to get the medicine, but the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, I had to take my two children on a 20 minute bike ride again to consult the reception. However, that was not my registered family doctor, and I needed to go back to my family doctor to check and finally get the medicine. I just don't understand why the doctor's prescription was not sent to the pharmacy,Thank you very much for the help from the lady at the reception

I have been having serious pain in my throat now for over 2 months now. They don’t treat the situation with care and make it seem like my case is. It important. They result to asking me to go home and take paracetamol and now my pain is worsening. All this could have been avoided is someone just took a look at my situation but no! They just keep writing it off like it’s not important and now my pain is unbearable. If I could give 0 star, I would

Attended an appointment yesterday and I appreciate the GP was running late as I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. We are all aware how hard it is to get a face to face GP appointment so I took the opportunity to question a couple of health issues,
The GP to replied , I do not have time for this you’ll have to make another appointment with a GP.
What type of an attitude is this for a Gp to take?. I thought GPs are in a caring profession?.
The practice has certainly gone down hill since it expanded.

Traffic caused me to be 4 minutes later for an appointment, the computer asked me to see receptions waited a further 3 minutes and was told off by a receptionist who was very unprofessional and challenging saying she didn’t believe me 😦 I have worked for the NHS for 30 years and wonder why some receptionists think they have a right to talk to people in this way .

They are the front door of the NHS letting us down
