Terrible service. One carer was more concerned about how long she has been with my mother in law, how she had to be up early and how she only gets paid £12 per hour. The carers and office staff love to argue with the families.
If you want good quality care for your loved one, do not use Mobile Care!!

"I write on behalf of my late Mother, Mrs AS, who was cared for by your Agency, and in particular by MM, who was her main Carer during the last few years of her life. I write to thank all of your staff who cared for Mom since myself and family members all feel that the standard of care was excellent and gave us peace of mind.
