Had an amazing experience at the spa the past weekend, everything was perfect! Emily on the desk was so friendly and accommodating, facilities were so relaxing and very clean, and our treatments by Tia and Rachel were the best we’ve ever had! Will definitely return in the future.

I booked a room at the Crowne Plaza to have a relaxing night and some me time, the spa facilities where lovely when I used them. So I decided to book a treatment, the service was excellent during the booking process and the lady who did my treatment was attentive and delivered my two treatments with care.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage and body scrub, and feel very relaxed and refreshed now.

Booked a midweek spa package very reasonably priced. Spa facilities very clean and professional staff, the massage was fantastic and very relaxing I can see now why the mineral house has a great reputation. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing day. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not working when I arrived but did eventually come on an hour or so before I was due to leave. The afternoon tea was also outstanding and freshly prepared very professional waiting staff.
Overall a really pleasant day. Highly recommended first class.

Loved our spa experience, we go every year but this year we had a health emergency and Emily was brilliant at helping us rearrange our day, we all had fantastic massagesLaura, Rebecca, Caitlin and Seanna were amazing, also we needed help redeeming a voucher and the lovely lady on reception, didn’t get her name was very patient and just found the booking and sorted us out! ? The bar staff were lovely including our favourite barmen who had actually lost his voice but still made us laugh and must have been feeling ill as he had lost his voice! What a star! We’ll definitely be back soon ?

The jacuzzi was nice, but the pool was not heated so it was quite cold, since using the pool I have gotten a verucca on my foot which can only be from this pool as I have not used any others and I live alone, I would suggest flip flops here considering this happened when I didn't wear any, I assumed because it was a hotel spa that the cleanliness would be good, I liked that I was given a towel on entry and the water station was a good touch, but the cold pool and verruca was a big let down for me.

Small but mighty!. Quite a nice small sized spa with nearly all the facilities.. Includes a 10 meter pool, jacuzzi, steam room all in a relaxing environment. It has a small but modern gym room fitted with the latest techno gym machines and excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff.
It's inside Crown plaza hotel so upstairs you get access to modern restaurant and bar with 15% discount for members of the spa.

Also benefits from complimentary car park to members. I haven't tried the massages yet however members get 20% discount on all treatments which is excellent in comparison to other spas in Newcastle. In general as of yet it's an excellent spa in the toon with good facilities. Hope it stays like that.

Really nice spa, lovely staff! Cute little gym and pool.
The changing rooms need some TLC - some cracked tiles, many lockers not working, and some shower doors missing. Toilets are fine however. Also a sign stating no mobile phones in the lockers would be a good rule, they have them by the poolside but I think these need to be in the changing rooms as well. Children not allowed in from 7pm would be welcome as well, many jumping in being noisy and taking over the pool making it more of a leisure centre rather than a relaxing spa pool experience. Some zen music around the poolside be a nice touch, one time it was playing and lots appreciated this.

This place is lovely if you're looking to have a quiet spa day, not as quiet on Saturdays as expected to be busy everywhere. I have been here a few times. We normally book an Eastern Escapes package. Ladies who work there are lovely and very helpful.
