Richard is absolutely fantastic - after having shoulder pain on and off for years, I tried Richard on the recommendation of my Mother in Law. After my first session, I could feel the difference in my body instantly! And, in just 3 sessions my shoulder is better than it has ever been in years! Highly recommend!

I met with Richard following suffering with a shoulder impingement and an injured latissimus dorsi. He helped my shoulder impingement a lot almost nil pain from overhead exercises after one visit. He also educated me further on my other injury and over all I left feeling elated from the other work he did throughout the body. My wrists used to click a lot from trapped air but this has been minimised massively from his work. I would highly recommend especially for injuries or someone who is a frequent gym goer.

Currently undergoing treatment with Richard for a few issues. Just had my second visit. It’s remarkable how effective it is. After 4/5 days you really do start to notice a difference. Prior to seeing Richard I had been seeing an osteopath every month for the last 9 months but I didn’t feel I was making any progress. So I’m very relieved that Richard was recommended to me.
