Had a bad back for years, and Beth as helped so much in the last two treatments. Massage and acupuncture. Her massage is fantastic, a true professional who knows what’s she’s doing.

I have been going to Beth for accupuncture to help with anxiety and terrible nausea. Beth has been a great help and made me feel very much at ease, the treatment has helped massively and she also gave me lots of good advice. A very professional service but within a friendly and comfortable environment. I would definitely recommend Mind Body and Soul if you are thinking if this kind of treatment.

I had a brilliant experience with Beth. I had the acupuncture on my knee that I was having trouble with (tendonitis) a couple of days after the treatment I noticed there was no pain in my knee. No aching at night no aches in the day. I began training around a week after and I have had no issues ever since and this was 4 months ago. I am really happy with it so far. I may need some follow ups but for now I am really impressed. Beth's very knowledgeable and I also learnt a bit myself. Thank you 🙌🏻 oh and I had the hot stone massage which I strongly recommend!
