I could talk about the beautiful aesthetics of this place but the most important things being it’s a safe space with wonderful playing of the bowls and gongs. The rose amethyst gong sound is simply magical. The warm greeting fills you with confidence the sound bath will be a fabulous experience and it was.

It was my first experience of a sound bath and Jo made me feel completely at ease from the beginning. I didn’t really know what to expect but Jo is very knowledgeable and put my mind (quite literally) at ease! I really didn’t think I would be able to relax but i found it to be the most peaceful and calming experience. I have never experienced a feeling like it. Thank you Jo, for being so open and kind and for giving me a truly healing experience. I will be making this a part of my routine for sure. See you soon!

Jo was amazing it was my first time and I absolutely loved it, to begin with it was a present to my mum and my sister came to. We had a lovely relaxing healing afternoon and i never felt more relaxed. Jo was very experienced and made us feel so warm and welcomed. My mum got very spoiled with extra cushions. I can not wait to book again I came away feeling so good and relaxed and will be coming back again! ❤️

I attended a sound bath in Carshalton. The venue was great, it had a lovely feel to it. The sound bath session itself was, for me, so relaxing that my mind switched off enough for me to fall asleep. All-in-all a great experience.

I’ve now been to the sound healing bath in carshalton twice. Just want to say what an amazing experience it was! So welcoming and just a nice and calm experience throughout. I left feeling de stressed and even felt calm for days. Would defo recommend and defo be returning myself to the next one!

Jo did a sound healing afternoon for my friends and I, it was so relaxing, even my dog was totally chilled. It was very obvious Jo really knows her stuff when it comes to the sound bowls, and she ensured we were all completely comfortable with cushions etc before it started. We loved it!
