Despite the other comments, I've always managed to get a good to outstanding service from the surgery and their Heckington branch. I'm still able to get an urgent appointment on the same day and despite the 2-5 day timescales for askmygp requests, they're handled on the same day. Other parts of the country are faring much 😞

My only gripe would be the lack of onsite parking so I have to use the nearby Money Yard or Jermyn street car parks. There's some on street parking in Handley if you're lucky!

I was told many years ago that if you have a bad experience you go and tell at least 10 people about it. Well this is my opportunity to tell as many people as possible about my GREAT experience. I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Ruth and Dr Revu for sorting me out a last minute emergency prescription for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was issued my prescription even though they were supposed to be finished for the day. Makes me feel reassured that there are still good people out there. You are both a credit to the surgery. Thank you.

Ask my gp fills up very fast and is only open early in the morning. Whenever you try and call the reception they rarely answer I was calling for ten minutes the other day on hold for only a minute or so then it started ringing and still no one answered I was first in the queue for well over 5 minutes before giving up as I had to go back to work. Doctors frequently rush me out of an appointment barely ask questions to find the root of problems. Often thrown on medication without many questions. Doctors often rude. However there are some good staff who are very kind and caring unfortunately over shadowed by the others.

Rubbish doctors! Ask my GP online is never available and every time you ring u get fobbed off with “I have no appointments ring back at 12” you ring back at 12.01 and amazingly all the slots have gone! Staff are all miserable and never go out there way to help! If you get a prescription good luck getting it on repeat as even if you ask for a repeat you still have to ring and chase them!

Waiting in a queue for 20 minutes. The ring tone starts (meaning I am now at the front) and the receptionist simply picks the phone up and puts it back down. Shocking attitudes from Sleaford Millview medical centre. Happens all the time. Bone idle, money wasting articles.

5 mins late for a blood test because of Christmas traffic in town and marked down as DNA. I think the firing squad give you more time to compose yourself before shooting you then this place
