Had a yellow fever vaccination here and it was so quick & painless that, without the certificate, I would've doubted getting it at all!

The middleton branch i have gone to for a few years. The staff are always good at their job, especially the pharmacists who ive had flu and covid jabs with are so considerate and gentle and always listen to you.
They are always on time with my repeat prescription.
I will not hesitate to carry on going there as the other ones around are not a patch in them, i have recommended them to my friends.

Always found the staff ok they don’t have a lot of time to fraternise with the public especially when they are on their own serving booking people in for vaccinations blood tests etc don’t know what people expect

Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, messing with people lives as they lie about meds been in the shop and takes 3 family members to collect meds for sick mother as they lied about them been in the shop, mother waited three weeks for some tablets to find out they had been sat there all along, they always pass the blame to someone else, and never take accountability, they also have delivery service but never even inform you when there coming out, got to to be the worst chemist around so would avoid

Every single month my prescription is late,I put in week early and still it takes 2/3 weeks to get my meds, which means by time I get everything the next one going in…supplier not delivered etc,etc… that is NOT a customer problem. I know there is staff problems,shortages and various other issues but end of day you are supposed to offer a service,(one advertised).very Poor service, no apologies given or explanation.changing to someone else too ill and stressed to go through the same rigmarole on a monthly basis!
