I have been a client of Alice’s for almost a year now and see her once or twice a month. I have been treated by a vast number of therapists in a variety of different techniques. These varied from reflexology, osteopathy, chiropractic treatment, massage and physio therapy, all in a professional sporting environment. Alice is the best therapist I ever had! She makes you feel comfortable, listens to your concerns and always goes above and beyond to help solve or aid a problem. Her expertise and varied techniques tick all the boxes. Additionally she will give you little work ons and stretches to help support your body in the medium and long term. I saw her yesterday and my lower back was very sore from training and the pain relief she gave me through the treatment was outstanding. I woke up this morning with a little treatment soreness which is normal but my back feels back to normal. Thank you Alice for everything you do for me and look forward to continuing with you as a client for as long as you will have me. Even with my average flexibility 😂. I would recommend Alice to anyone and everyone, if you are thinking about booking an appointment, just do it. Thanks, Tom

Every treatment I have had with Alice was exceptional. Her approach is methodic, patient and thoughtful. Always gets to the root of the whatever ailment we are working to solve. The bi-weekly maintenance works well to keep me limber. I highly recommend Alice and all of her services. Tremendous!

I have suffered from multiple problems with my back and joints for well over a decade and have tried various doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors etc and most have helped a little in one way or another.

However the treatment at Meristem is a level above!

I've never felt such an immediate and lasting improvement from any other form of treatment. I'm more flexible, able to do tasks that would have previously been a strain without any real thought, and I genuinely have a better understanding of my own body.

The therapist is fantastic too, she's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to get along with.

Recommended service, warm and friendly approach. Very knowledgeable and understanding of any historical or current issues that flare up. Was quick to work through and analyze cause and problem areas. Spent a lot of time working and testing positions to ease the discomfort. This is all rounded off with excellent mobility drills and stretches to take away and work on independently, ready to continue with in the following session.
