Staff are friendly however I missed a phone call appointment as I was driving and couldn’t answer the phone and then I was struck off the list due to missing several calls when driving I called straight back when safe to do so waited 30min in cue and after explaining I was driving and was told I had to re apply for an appointment which had taken me over a month to book!! Not sure why I bother being registered to this practice or any practice as you’re seen quicker in ED department or walk in clinic which is a waste NHS time!! Waste of tax payers money!!

Very disappointed with Jubilee Surgery. I have symptoms related to prostate issues. I'd like a PSA test but I'm going to have to wait days if not weeks to see a doctor or someone to take a blood sample.
It's now Tuesday 6th May, I'm told to come back on Monday 12th May at 11am to make an appointment and even then there's no prospect of seeing anyone in the near future.
It's very simple, you take the details of the person wishing to see a doctor and any symptoms that the person may have, then you get someone to triage this request and book them in.
By the way, your receptionist is doing a great job stopping people getting some help, are the rest of you sat behind the screen drinking coffee and discussing where you're going on your next holiday? Or are you reading these reviews and having a good laugh!

The absolute worst GP. No care for their patients, no way of contacting them whatsoever. No econsults, instead they use Anima. But then they never open the medical requests part on their page so you can’t even use it. Should be illegal to treat people the way they have treated me and my partner. Don’t call them, you most likely won’t get through but even if you do, the receptionist won’t help you. Utter joke. If you can afford it, go private.

Horrific I almost died bvecause of their incompetence. The first person we saw was displaying substance symptoms. When asked about it she ran nto Toilet and would not come out. We went back again and saw about 7 people sitting there falling off the chairs with laughter regarding hiw awful the place is.I got sent to ywo Hospitals and they were hopeless at diagnosis. I then lasy dying for 7 yrs and at night was sceaming in agony and praying for death. I mamaged to get a vehicle into bottom gear and went to 'Royal' Hosp S-hampton. But could not get across car park as my feet were 4x normal sz and I only had cloths on feet. I got there on backside. They told me a dangerous pack lies. So we came home and i collapsed. We then found out that the Hosp had killed people and the cover ups was carried out by usuasl HM Coroners helped by Police.Media.Local govt etc. No one has ever responded about health in 35 yrs incl 20 HM MPs and NHS research Oxford.. We are advanced Psychotherapists who do work tht NHS cant dream of.We were told not to do it because we are affecting jobs.We then began to get Police attacks. We now have 1000 pp evidence which indicates 10.000 deaths covered up. The HM Courts offered to kill us. The BBC said hide the documents abroad..In the village where the Surgery us theres cover upos going on which incl a School and a Church. Dont just do something sit there. God Help UK..

I had concern so dialled 111 had a call back with an appointment made same day at Highlands Surgery(part of same group). I cannot fault the service provided 🙏❤️ thank you.

Meon health practice is the worst doctors surgery I have ever witnessed, I ended up moving doctors due to how bad they were. Unfortunately my dad is still with them as he isn’t in a new catchment like me. He had all the symptoms of bowel cancer and I called every morning at 8am for 7 days to be told he can’t be seen and to “call back tomorrow at 8am” each time, ended up going there to speak to them and they told me this is the new normal and they say it’s “not an emergency” told us to go to QA, which we did and they arranged a GP appointment. Shouldn’t have to go to hospital just to see a GP. Still can’t get an appointment for anything, not even a phone appt, and the reception staff seem just as fed up as patients. Ridiculous system, avoid this surgery at all costs.

Even QA said that jubalee surgery is known there for being such a bad doctor’s surgery!

Meon Health Practice is without a doubt the worst surgery I have been with. You get misadvised on the phone. Get told to log requests for an appointment online at a very specific time of day only and so far I have been waiting 10 days without a single response to my online appointment request. Beyond poor.

Mine and my families experience of Jubilee Surgery has been excellent. Yes, with all the new houses being built there aren't enough appointments. The staff are friendly and once you are in the system, the whole process works well. If we have ever had any emergencies, then we have always been seen quickly.
