Advocacy service isn't great. A letter sent out on my behalf contained at least one glaring inaccuracy and didn't make the situation completely clear to the professionals I was seeking help from - for example, terms specific to the council lettings policy weren't explained, and I doubt that anyone who had never applied for social housing would know what they meant. It was sent too late for me to request an edit.
