Extremely biased doctors. Seemingly not at all educated on fibromyalgia and cfs/me. Multiple doctors have medically gaslit me. When I’ve tried to explain how much I was struggling and how limited my mobility is, they would repeatedly doubt me, downplay my conditions and the impact they were having on my life.

They would constantly imply there was simply nothing they could do except recommend pseudoscientific nonsense “treatments”. Now I have moved surgeries and my new doctor was shocked at the previous lack of care I received and has put real plans in place to actually help me.

Do better mendip vale.

This practice gets worse and worse, we cannot get morning appointments on the day now either by phone or queing outside for 8am. They are only taking urgent appointments at 8am but they will be some time in the future and at any location.
They only otherwise accept econsult appointments and that can take a week. Don't know what elderly patients or those who can't use Internet will do.
I think they are trying to stop seeing patients completely, they must have too many patients and not enough doctors

Called this morning and got through at 8.03. Didn't make me an appointment but put me on the urgent care list. Called back at 8.25 and asked to come into surgery at 9.15. The practitioner I was booked in with was busy but I was able to see someone else. Left the surgery just after 9.30. Everyone I deal with at the medical group from the initial phone call to reception staff and practioners are always polite and helpful. On this occasion I felt the service was particularly great and wanted to thank all the staff I spoke to and saw today.

I previously gave the Surgery a 1star review over the mishandling of my wife’s care. Over the intervening period since that review we have found that most services provided by the practice have been excellent. In particular the nursing, nurse prescriber and support staff provide a wonderful service. Sadly serious fundamental errors are still occurring, such as the letter recently brought to our attention from a hospital consultant that instructed the GP to arrange an ultrasound scan for my wife of a 5cm ovarian cyst that the Consultant Radiologist was concerned about. That letter was dictated in Jan 23 but dated and sent in May 23, but as of today Aug 24 no action has been taken by the GP to arrange for the scan. It begs the question are these letters being read before they are filed or, one has to question the competence of the person reading them. I can see a letter being drafted to the CQC.

thankyou so much to the staff at St. Georges medical practice, i have been suffering medically and emotionally for several months, the receptionist was so kind and fast tracked my problem. I was seen that day by Dr Park who gave me a thorough check, and explained my symptoms to me. Thankyou so much. We are so fortunate to have GPs such as Dr Ellen Park at our medical centre,

E-consult is the answer to everything here. The e-consult's are never completed in the expected time, if at all. Then you are advised to make an appointment which is almost impossible. Just time delaying tactics here. They just want you to go away.

Please employ Doctors where they are required, at this surgery, instead of expecting people to travel to other surgeries.

You're lucky if you get through to anyone. If by some miracle you do, 9 times out of 10 the appointments have gone. And now, to not even be able to book an appointment is beyond me. To have to fill out an econsult, which previously I've not even had a response from before, wait 3 days for it to, potentially, be looked at before you're even spoken to about booking an appointment and then wait for an appointment... the mind boggles. You're talking weeks before you can speak to a doctor and when I questioned this with reception today I was told you can always ring 999.
Hardly a responsible use of emergency resources when you only need to see a doctor.
Safe to say I'll be looking for a surgery who actually deal with patients.
