Took our son to the minor injuries unit today (Saturday afternoon) for a minor issue. Receptionist polite and helpful and Paul (the clinician) who saw our son was extremely helpful. We were seen and our son triaged within 15 minutes.

Went to triage, X-ray and back to nurse…..fantastic service from Maria. I couldn’t speak more highly of the service and the treatment. It was her tenacity that resulted in a second set of X-rays and identification of a fracture. Thank you

Reception is so lovely and do generally want to help you out, now it boils down to the health care professional, very judgy couldn’t even look me in the eye and spoke to my mum, just because I know it’s me being a young mum

It’s 2024 and the NHS is in complete crisis yet the X-Ray department here closes for lunch for an hour, just as if we are still living in the 1970’s.
I arrived at 12.40pm to be told (with a big sigh) “Sorry we are not taking anymore for x-ray because it’s our lunchtime 1-2pm and there is already 3 people waiting. You will probably be better coming back tomorrow now as there will be a large influx of people just after lunchtime.”
(Really bloody helpful when your in agony and have already driven 20 miles to get there.)

Terrible service, they do not want to help you in time of need. You are denied healthcare services. This is a minor issue but they try to send you elsewhere. This is a disgrace to nhs. The receptionist was so rude. I will never use this hospital again. I have been put off

Genuinely couldn’t ask for a better hospital. Been a few times now and the staff are always extremely helpful, friendly and thorough. They always make sure you’re comfortable, feeling okay and detail anything they are about to do. Not once have I left feeling disappointed. Wait times are always a quick turn around, especially compared to Medway.

Took my 5 year old to minor injuries this morning she had a fall and hurt her foot. They was absolutely amazing with her even down to the man that was doing the X ray. I have been to walk in hospitals doctors with my little girl and never had a experience as good as I did today, was really quick and easy and didn’t let us leave until they double checked everything and kept her smiling the whole way through. I am still in shock now with how good they all was. Amazing thank you all.
